You can copy values from "Locals" or "Watch" Windows (by small menu of right mouse button).

It would be nice to be able to export the content variable (in the same way as var_export) to a file or a pop window from the local panel when debugging.
Indeed, it is not possible to get all the values from an array (for instance) when stopped at a step when debugging.

It would be nice also to sort the keys of an array.
