Hi, Will.

Please, try to do the following steps:

1. Set Tools -> Preferences -> Debuggers -> PHP -> Virtual Volder = C:/wamp64/www
2. Set port number = 9003
3. Check "Auto Start" option

I setup the xdebug and it detect it normally but execution does not stop at the break point
