Hello there ...

CodeLobster is getting more and more my first weapon of choice for PHP.
I'm so happy that you even are willing to implement jQuery cause this will be the time, ill finally give up all other IDEs :)

Now what i'd like to see is following ... it sounds really stupid but it bothers me imense.

When i hold shift and press backspace, it deletes the whole line im standing in. OK sounds as a great feature, but it is really frustrating cause sometimes, when i write the wrong letter, i just wanna delete it, and still keep my finger on shift ^^

So an option to disable this feature would be very nice.

Next on my wishlist:

1.) in the project bar id like to have an rightclick option "Open in Windows Explorer" which simply would open according file folder inside a new explorer window.

2.)Also the ability to drag&drop files in the project bar would be nice.

3.) Instead add file, on rightclick on Projectfile, there should be an option to choose either to add a js/xml/etc. file.

4.) Mark a file and hit F2 should trigger filerenaming, i think this is standard today

5.) Doing some changes in the ProjectBar should automaticly trigger the Refresh Action of it, so you see the changes immediately
Now a bug i found:
when i open a xml file and hit the "INSPECTOR" view, i get a exception
"Unhandled Exception \n Critical Error: pCodeTree != NULL"
and the program crashes afterwards

All in all a damn great tool id like to see getting even better...

Greetings
Zewa

Hi.

Many thanks for your message.

1) About option for shift+backspace - we are not sure about it now. We will think more.

2) "Open in Windows Explorer" - good idea. We will add it.

3) drag&drop files - it is not easy task. Please, wait several versions.

4) adding files to project tree - we are going to add option for file type for it into preferences.

5) It is our bug. We will fix it in our next version.

Regards,
Codelobster Team.

Hi.

1) Accepted. We will need to do small research about it.

2) A little later.

3) The same.

4) We will add it by our next version.

5) We already have autocomplete for standard PHP libs.
Could you, please, provide us more details? Where doesn't it work?

Thanks.
Codelobster Team.

thx for your reply ...

regarding point 5.

I didnt meant the standard PHP libraries, but the SPL Lib -> Standard PHP Library
http://at2.php.net/spl

Its damn helpfull for linked lists, iterators, etc and of course it's a standardous way of programming with PHP.

Greetings
Zewa

The german Translation of the IDE is still bad (in free version 5.4 PHP Edition). If you want, I'll help translating to a better german (e.g. "Tools" -> "Extras" instead of "Instrumente", and "Code snippets" - > "Codeschnipsel" instead of "Teilstücke").
