Hi!

I am new using codelobster and I am glad with it. After trying a lot of IDEs CL is the only one that have everything I needed, is fast and only uses 60Mb of RAM. <-- this is outstanding!!

But I really miss editing two files in the same window, drag a tab to place it beside other is a must be for any IDE, and I can see CL already have it in the inspector perspective, but it's not possible to select what files are in each tab.

¿Would be difficult?

Hi, marquex.

We have many requests about it.
So we are going to add it soon.

Regards,
Codelobster Team.

Count me in on this please. Editing two files on the same Window would very much be a time saver.

I requested this 18 months ago and there were already several requests. Personally I don't see how anybody can code without a split window. The reason I use notepad++ is merely because I can have two facing edit panes and many tabs open. I shuffle pages in and out of viewable panes.

Really appreciate this post. It’s hard to sort the good from the bad sometimes, but I think you’ve nailed it!
