HI,

It will be fine to the the option that allow to mark the bookmarked line with the another color.
Very useful for easy navigation across the code.

Yes, I use the light green (E6FFCC) to highlight the bookmarked lines in other editor that I use for HTML editing (Blumentals Webuilder). Really fine feature.
