it's about making keywords in your webpage as tools for improving your business online... so that it appears on top searches and givee you more chance of getting to customers without putting much effort.

I'll do my best to shed some light as to what SEO is.

There are two major components to SEO:

On Page SEO
Everything that you optimize internally on your website or web pages is considered On Page. Examples: Page Titles, Meta Descriptions, H1, Body Content, Internal Links etc...

Off Page SEO
These are all the links created that point back to your site. They can come from Social Media, Press Releases, Guest Posts, Blog Comments, Web Directories etc... The more qualitative and authoritative the links are, the higher the chance you'll rank on Google.

The main objective of SEO is to rank for a keyword in your niche that is driving searches to rank on Google to capture the visits.
