In many ways, forms are the real workhorses of the Web, but that doesn't mean they have to be plain. Until CSS use became prevalent, little could be done to alter the way forms and form elements looked on the Web. CSS form design gives the designer much more flexibility, both to integrate and isolate the form and form elements.

CSS is designed to enable the separation of presentation and content, including layout, colors, and fonts.[3] This separation can improve content accessibility, provide more flexibility and control in the specification of presentation characteristics, enable multiple web pages to share formatting by specifying the relevant CSS in a separate .css file, and reduce complexity and repetition in the structural content.

While I do understand part of your angle, it would seem howbeit difficult accepting it. Google relies on information provided in other websites to feed you the answers it gives. So, if everybody went to google to ask the question without an answer being provided somewhere first, how does google find an answer to give you?

A lot of site on the web exist to answer some of the most stupid questions that people can come up with.

If I were to only ask google, then Quora should pack up. Have you seen stupid questions on Quora before, yeah of course!

Regarding CSS, it can be damn tricky at times because of its cascading nature.

Understanding how exactly it cascades and knowing when to use the !important rule becomes very important.

The power of CSS lies in the cascade but yet the cascade can often be your biggest headache when things don't go well and you are left scratching your head.

It is the beauty of the web as we knowing it today and CSS Grid developing the way it is going, more aesthetic web designs and layouts are just a cascade away.

Oopps! I didn't realize you were the one who make the subsequent comment... just an oversight. Well, good we are somewhat on the same page but irrespective of the timing, I think it has always been like this. The forum boards and others exist to answer people's questions and then almighty google indexes those answers and looks for the best to display to searchers.

Anyway, people may visit this thread so it needs a good answer.
Here it is:
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a style sheet language used for describing the presentation of a document written in a markup language like HTML. CSS is a cornerstone technology of the World Wide Web, alongside HTML and JavaScript.

CSS is designed to enable the separation of presentation and content, including layout, colors, and fonts. This separation can improve content accessibility, provide more flexibility and control in the specification of presentation characteristics, enable multiple web pages to share formatting by specifying the relevant CSS in a separate .css file and reduce complexity and repetition in the structural content.

Separation of formatting and content also makes it feasible to present the same markup page in different styles for different rendering methods, such as on-screen, in print, by voice (via speech-based browser or screen reader), and on Braille-based tactile devices. CSS also has rules for alternate formatting if the content is accessed on a mobile device.

The name cascading comes from the specified priority scheme to determine which style rule applies if more than one rule matches a particular element. This cascading priority scheme is predictable.

Also get some little-known facts about CSS:
- The color Property Isn’t Just for Text;
- The visibility Property Can Be Set to “collapse”;
- All CSS galleries blocked essay writing services in usa from submitting their design;
- The clip Property Works Only on Absolutely Positioned Elements;
- Vertical Percentages are Relative to Container Width, Not Height;
- The text-decoration Property is Now a Shorthand;
