Not sure about a dynamic site but if you want flexibility on tasks, I think PHP would be your number 1 choice.

Hiii,,,In my opinion i would go with PHP just cause that is what most knowledgeable in. but PHP is very simple and easy.

I would also recommend and encourage you to add in Javascript and/or AJAX to make your site even more dynamic... :wink:
