Error Upload FTP

Hello,
I was a happy user of Codelobster, until I had to change my dedicated server.

My server accepts FTP connection mode only Enable (modalità attiva). does not accept the passive mode

I can not upload files gives me the following error:

Do You have an ability to add new test FTP account into your remote server
and provide us with this access?

Looks like there is no other way to determinate the problem

Hi.

We can't get list of files using this FTP data

We tried TotalCommander and FileZilla.

Most probably your server settings requires some configuration.

As mentioned in the previous post, to get the list of files you need to you to connect with Filezilla FTP in Active mode.

The need not accept passive mode.

I open filezilla and create a new site with the parameters I have sent in pm.

1) We have found a bug with uploading files in Active Mode indeed.
Please, wait for the new version soon.

2) We can't connect to your server in any case.
We think You should ask the admin of your server about this problem.
