Every time I try to debug a php script, the following message pops up in a little window: File path must starts with C:\docs&set\...\projects\UIE
This is the correct path to my projects folder but the debugger won't run. If I close the project in the project window and then debug my php script it works fine. Is this how it is suppose to work? Are the files included in my project suppose to stay open even after I close the project? Thanks for your help.

HI.

When you debug you files in project,
you should set corresponded path in the Project Properties
(not general properties).

Codelobster Team.

I have the issue for which you gave the answer above - this was not helpful as it appears my project properties reflects the correct path for the file. There are only 3 items in the project properties panel and two of them are related to URL so I don't think I'm mixing anything up. What else could be causing the debug error "File path must start with . . . "?

I have attached a screenshot. Thank you, John

Hi.

As we undestand you tried to debug some file outside your project's folder?
We have fixed this issue. Please, wait for release of version 3.6. soon.

Sorry, no . . . the file is within the Project and in the project folder. I highlighted the screenshot to demonstrate that the file (which is withn the project) does have the correct file path but the debugger still gives the "file path must be . . . " error. I will wait and see if 3.6 fixes the issue anyway. Otherwise, Codelobster is a pretty decent IDE. Thank you!

Hi.

We don't see your full path.
Looks like you should replace your path "\xampp\..." by full path "D:\...\xampp\..."

Codelobster Team.

not sure why that happened, but when I created a second project the path was entered correctly and debugger works! Now I need to work on why my breakpoints aren't honored. WIll check the forum before I ask anything further! Thanks for your help and patience!
