Hi!

- Preferences->Editor->Colors
1) when changed "Display items" by the "up" or "down" keys properties does not change
- Filemanager
1) file created by file manager is still in ANSI, not in encoding from options (line break is from options)
2) there is no "refresh" button, for cases when was created or deleted file in folder (just "Reload" of the whole project)
3) there is no "Delete" option

- Preferences->Editor->Colors bug:
we will fix it by our next version 3.2.1 that will be released this week.

- Filemanager
1) We have fixed ANSI bug. Please, wait for the next version too.
2) It is complex task. We will optimize this algorithm after version's 3.3. release.
3) We have removed "Delete" button for the safe working after several customers requests.
