I have a setup like:
drupal6 (with all my drupal standard modules and code)
myproject (with symlinks to drupal6/sites/myproject.com in here i have my modules and themes for this project)
myproject2 (with symlinks to drupal6/sites/myproject2.com in here i have my modules and themes for this project)
myproject3 (with symlinks to drupal6/sites/myproject3.com in here i have my modules and themes for this project)
myproject4 (with symlinks to drupal6/sites/myproject4.com in here i have my modules and themes for this project)

The problem i have is with autocompletion. In myproject then it can't see the standard drupal function and classes. As i have drupal plugin then i expected that it will include all the function and hooks in the plugin. Can we have this included in the next version?

We have already had several requests about supporting external folders for parsing for autocomplete.
So we will add this functionaity soon.
We will not be able to do it in the nearest version, but we will try to do it as soon as possible.
