Post subject:  About the File ... New ... Html Button

Is there a way to edit the way the File...New...Html button starts a new HTML page? I would like to be able to alter the contents of the code between the <head></head> tags so that it reflects the way I like to start my HTML pages. I know I can edit it in the editor, but is there a way to change the way it always starts a new page?

You could just save a html file called "template" or whatever, edit that then save it. Whenever you want to make a new page, open the file, and then go to File -> "Save as..." and name it whatever you want. I'm not sure if you can actually change the default.

Yes, that would work and it would be better than copying and pasting every time. So, thanks for the suggestion. I still think it would be good if we were able to edit the output of those menu options, including the php option which doesn't even prepare a working php document.

Hi.

Yes, we have this ability in our plans.
But now we are working on very important features (including FTP support), therefore we have decided to do it later.

Regards,
Codelobster Team.
