So Intellinsense is working great now, for CI when directory structure is not touched. I Like to move direcotory a bit so Application folder is actually www folder and system folder is outside www (public_html folder), and now Intellinsense doesn't work

Hi.

Yes, we know abut this problem.
We will add ability to add folders outside project for parsing by 4.0. version.
