Hi Code Lobster,

When I try to download a wordpress template file from my ftp server it saves it under my project root like this:

\Project Root\public_html\\wp-content\themes\hydrogen\footer.php

Unfortunately this does not correspond to the folder structure in my project root which has to remain the same because I am using it under Xampp to test my wordpress sites locally.

\Project Root\wp-content\themes\hydrogen\footer.php

How can I get code lobster to ignore the public_html folder when it downloads files from the ftp so that it overwrites the local version of the file I have?

Hi,

I solved this problem by installing wordpress in xampp under a folder named public_html. At first the site didnt work but when I downloaded the latest version and tried it again everything worked perfectly.
