Hi.

Could you, please, run "regedit", export the following folder from your registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ClPhpEd
send us this .reg file,
erase this folder
and try to start Codelobster again.

Thanks.
Codelobster Team.

Do you want to post the content of the REG file???

After erase the folder i the regedit, the program started without any problem or message, but once again, when I try to open file, it crashes.

I'm going to post Codelobster.log

Hi.

Could, you, please, describe the crash moment a little.

Does the open file dialog occur at all?
Does Codelobster crash after pressing "Open" button on the dialog box?

Do you try to open some specific file?
Could you, please, try some test file 1.txt from root c:\ folder?

Many thanks.
Codelobster Team.

Well, I'm going to try to describe the error, I hope you can understand my writing, here I go.

I just click on the Codelobster's ICON, and the program starts without any problem; I just try to open a file from the menu, with the open file icon (an opened folder) after that it opens the Explorer window and it locates in system32 folder; it doesn't appear any ICON or tree system folder, and suddenly a window warning appears it says: "CRASH Unhandled Exeption".

Another case is when I create a new file or project there's no problem at all, i can write some code an everything is OK, but when I try to save the file, the explorer window appears and do the same, the program crashes.

I attached an image, hopefully it can help me to explain the error.

The next text is the content of the .REG file, from the regedit:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CodeLobster Php Edition]

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CodeLobster Php Edition\License]
"Name"="Agustin Santana"
"LicenseKey"="033k620a94582517ca7100a3"

Thanks for you support.

Hi.

Could you, please, send us version number of the following dll:
c:\windows\system32\comctl32.dll

You should press right mouse button on it -> Properties -> Details
or you may send the screenshot of this section.

Thanks.
Codelobster Team.

Hi.

Do you have "administrator" rights while starting?

Also do you able to Run Codelobster in "Compatible mode for Windows XP"?
(Properties -> Compatibility section for ClPhpEd.exe)

Thanks.
Codelobster Team.

I used to log in to the system with the Administrator account, I just changed the propierties of the ClPhpEd.exe in Properties -> Compatibility section:

- Compatibility for Windows XP Service Pack 3 (Checked)
- Execute this program as Administrator (Checked)

After this the program still crashes.

What do you think? It's my System? Did I do something wrong??

Thanks for your patience.

I tried to open project and looks like everything is fine, but when I try to change folder, the application crashes.

Hi.

There are no icons (including big left icons) on your PC.
Are there on other open file dialogs from another applications?
Did you install some theme/skin customization software for your OS?

Thanks.

I don't use any kind of Skin or theme that is not included in Windows 7.

With other aplications the open file dialogs works without any problem, I can see the icons, and all that stuff. This only happens with Codelobster.

I'm using an application to emulate Apple Menu; RocketDock version 1.3.5. But even if I turn it off, Codelobster still crashing.

Hi.

Could you, please, run the following small test application:
http://www.codelobster.com/download/TestDialog.exe

press Button1 (it has standard windows call) and send us the screenshot.
Does it contain icons?

Second button has current dialog implementation from Codelobster PHP Edition.

Thanks.
Codelobster Team.
