After not using CL for a while, I clean installed the Free version 5.9 on my recently formatted Win 7 PC. My site is set up as FTP. I have IIS installed and my local files are in inetpub\wwwroot\...

When I preview my edits I'm prompted with the "Confirm File Overwrite" dialog box. I know I could choose to not show the confirmation but I'd like to keep it. In previous versions of CL, that dialog would show as a separate window in the taskbar and you could shift focus back to your preview window, review your changes, then confirm/cancel the overwrite.

In 5.9, the overwrite dialog maintains focus, forcing you to overwrite or cancel before you can preview your code. Having skipped a few versions of CL, I'm not sure when this change occured. The whole point of Preview is so that you can look at your code before you upload it to a live server. Is there a way to restore the previous behavior?

Thank you.

Hi.

We will look at this problem.
Now You can turn autouploading off, preview your pages locally and after that uploat it by FTP manually.
