It is in conjunction with Smarty plugin. When I disable Smarty in Plugin manager things back to normal

NO HIGHLIGHT IN VUEJS embeded in HTML. In Plugin Manager only vuejs is selected. |

I installed CLIDEPro 1.9 Beta (from link) but it does not start. I see it in Task Manager, but it is not opened.
