Post subject:  No FTP Connection - PRO IDE
Hello.
Yesterday I upgraded to the professional version, since then my FTP access has not worked. I can no longer see any folders in the FTP view. The connection is because I can upload files and folders. Unfortunately, I don't see them in the ide, but they are there on the server. I have already contacted the support via email, unfortunately so far without any further knowledge. Hi, I also have a problem with ftp, I have tried to install this "_ftp" version but it does not work, the CL PHP version works fine and also filezilla works on the same connection same parameters. The only error it says is "Error: Couldn't connect to server Path: / TIME - 09:58:51".

Please help.

1) Please, try to enter ../ or ../../ into remote path on your FTP connection.
2) Please, send us the content of Output Window.
3) Please, send us the following log-file:
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\CodelobsterIDE\codelobster_ftp.log

Connecting to ftp: /5.39.74.203: 21 / TIME - 16:18:52
Error: Couldn't connect to server Path: / TIME - 16:18:54

The file C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\CodelobsterIDE\codelobster_ftp.log is not exist!

You said that You installed _ftp version. It creates _ftp.log.

Please, install http://codelobsteride.com/download/Code ... up_ftp.exe version,
repeat the problem and send us the following log-file:
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\CodelobsterIDE\codelobster_ftp.log
(replace <user name> by your user name, and this folder is hidden).

Hi, in attach the log file, is my opinion that problem is the passive mode the ftp requred active mode.

1) Please, try to work with checked and unchecked "Passive mode" option (in the Modify dialog by right mouse button on your FTP connection)
2) Did You try to enter ../ or ../../ into remote path on your FTP connection?
3) Please, send us new content of Output Window too.

Now I have solved the problem by changing the ftpserver configurations to passive mode
