Post subject:  Debug configuration....

Good afternoon, I'm sorry for the "usual" question... I just installed last version of Wamp and Codelobster on Windows 10 Pro and I'm struggling to make debug work, without success.

Attached phpinfo, xdebug info and codelobster screenshot. Are you able to kindly help me?.

Thanks in advance,

md

Hm, everything should work OK.
Could You, please, send us your php.ini file too.

Thanks,
Codelobster Team.

Sure, here you are, thanks. I modified it a bit to do other tries but nothing changes, not debug at breakpoints, etc.

Hi.

Everything is OK in your php.ini file too.

Could you, please, try to debug some simple .php script (without Codelobster project):
- set a brealpoint to any line
- and press F5

Thanks,
Codelobster Team.

Here I am, thank you for your support. I just tried with index.php file (from wamp server landing page) already present in root dir of wamp. As soos as I press F5, a Starting Debug Error appears.
Attached both error and debug preferences screen shots.

Btw, "xDebug found succesfully" appears if I click on "check xdebug settings" in preferences.

Thanks,

md

P.S. just for general information I've used several times Codelobster with WAMP in previous versions without issues and I perfectly know how to use them.

Hi.

Your server root folder is d:/wamp/www (php.ini includes this path too).
But You are trying to debug a file from d:/wamp_220324/www/
You should try to use files from the root folder of your server - d:/wamp/www

Codelobster Team.

I'm really sorry, you are right. Just done the same test using index.php in the right updated wamp folder d:/wamp/www and after pressing F5 index page is loaded without stopping at breakpoint. Let's say the same behavior happening if I start debugging a project home URL.

Any further check or log to go on with the resolution?

Thanks,

md

Hi.

We have only one final proposal:
If You provide us with the access to your PC via TeamViewer then we will try to configure your PHP debugger.

Thanks,
Codelobster Team.

Dear Codelobster team, it seems I finally solved my issues installing Chrome Xdebug Helper extension. Simply installing it and enabling made things work.
I've been using Codelobster with WAMP, XAMPP, AMPPS and Chrome in the past without installing any extension...
Anyway, so far so good, now it seems things are working fine. I hope this can helps other users.

Regards,

M
