Hi,

Just found CodeLobster and am loving it, have pretty much switched from my old favourite HomeSite thanks to the PHP features.

But... I'd like to see some more keyboard shortcuts for common tasks:

Ctrl+w -> close file
Ctrl+Alt+s -> save as
Ctrl+backspace -> delete word

Most windows software uses those shortcuts and the lack of them is kind of annoying.

Even better would be configurable shortcuts for *everything* as in HomeSite. A few of the HTML shortcuts in HomeSite are like second nature to me now and save a lot of time, eg Ctrl+Shift+a to create an anchor tag.

The other thing I found so far that is really annoying is when you hit return at the end of an indented line you go back to the left-hand edge, it doesn't keep the same indent as the line you were just on. eg you're typing row after row of code in an indented 'if' block and each new line you have to manually tab the cursor back into position.

Otherwise... great!

Hi.

Big thanks for your suggestions.

Ctrl+w, Ctrl+Alt+s, Ctrl+backspace will be implemented in our next version.

Current version contains non-working auto indent feature.
We already know about it.
We will restore it to next version too.

HTML hot keys task needs more complex solution. We will think about it.

Regards,
Codelobster Team.

another minor thing:

The first time you open the Find/Replace dialog (Ctrl+f) the cursor defaults into the 'File types' field.

It should default into the 'Find what' field, so you can do what I'm used to doing which is: Ctrl+f > type a search term > hit return

It seems after you've used the dialog once it correctly defaults into the 'Find what' field like you'd want it to, it's just the first time that's wrong.

cheers!

Hi.

Thanks again.
We have already fixed it.
But, please, wait for the new version in January.

Regards,
Codelobster Team.
