To get a bit more back on topic, For anyone still interested in running code lobster in linux. Even though these aren't as good as a native version, they are good work around's for this problem.

For Linux you can use something called 'wine' to run windows programs, i've had a pretty hit and miss experience with wine, but it's worth a try.

Another alternative, which is the easiest, and most reliable, check out virtual box, it lets you run an alternate OS in a Virtual Machine. It's free too. To run code lobster you just need to create a windows XP machine, set it up, install the guest additions, and install code lobster. It will run fine, and you can do this in ubuntu, linux, mac etc...

There are loads of tutorials online on how to do the above things, google is your friend.

I disagree on this. Linux are best suited for servers. Since this is an app, works more likely as a client staying with Windows is the best route here.

PHP is better on Linux and runs mostly on Linux, So the vast majority need a Linux based test enviroment, In my case is my pc in which I develop and test. I tried with wine but it sucked a lot.

Don't you think it was a mistake to make a tool for PHP, which runs mostly in Linux, with no compatibility with any Linux based OS?

I change CL for Sublime Text 2 even I bought you a license.

Sorry for my poor english.

I think you have a wrong concept about free software, some research I think you could understand that there are companies based in this "free" software. The only thing that stops me from buying your software is that it only supports windows.
