Hi.

Could you, please, send us your files and lines which you try to copy.
(to support@codelobster.com)

We think that it depends on your files because nobody reported about such problems before.

Thanks.
Codelobster Team.

Post subject:  the same problem

almost every time when I quit the program (v. 3.1.3) without having closed the project, it fires the error mentioned in this topic.

in case, if I close the project before quitting, the program quits without problem

Hi.

Does it occur just after opening your project and closing Codelobster?
If yes - could you, please, send us your project to support@codelobster.com
Or it happens after some specific actions?

Thanks.

Post subject:  Same error on starting the program

Hi,
I loved Codelobster so much on the 1st PC I installed it on that I installed it on my laptop ( Toshiba Centrino Duo with 2 GB Ram, OS= XP SP2) but it doesnt even start up it gives same error message mentioned "Crash unhandled exception"
on my other computer(Desktop Pentium 4, 2 GB Ram, OS= XP SP2) it had closed down suddenly a couple of times (I used it a lot so its not as bad as it sounds) but it had never given this error
Thanks in advance
Josiah

Hi, Josiah.

1) Are you trying to start empty Codelobster (without opening any files)?
And get this crash just after starting?

2) Did you have "admin" rights on your PCs and install Codelobster correctly?

3) Do you use our latest version from our site?

Thanks.
Codelobster Team.

Post subject:  installation

Thank you for your quick reply and I must also thank you for your great tool
1. Yes the code lobster was started without any files and it didn't open even once
2. I have 2 user accounts on my laptop (both admin accounts) I installed it on the one I use for graphics and websites . The installation went on without any problems i.e. any error messages
3. The version I installed was downloaded yesterday from your site

Hi.

1) Please, try to remove all data from the following folder from you registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ClPhpEd

2) Please, send us crash.dmp file from your Codelobster's folder.

Thanks.
Codelobster Team.
